You are given a seemingly simple task: Drive the passengers to its destination and keep them safe.

Driving the train isn't so hard but you have other problems. MUCH bigger problems.

Some passengers picked up a strange yet deadly virus which can break havok in the train if left unchecked.

So your goal is to handle this situation with the help of meds and fast driving skills.
